Development projects

For these different projects, MADERA is regularly looking for professionals in the following fields: rural animation, agronomy, forestry, civil engineering, hydraulics, socio-economics... We ask for a minimum experience of 2 years working in Southern countries. The duration of the contracts revolves around 1 year, most often renewable (a commitment of at least two years within MADERA is strongly desired).

Emergency projects

MADERA also carries out emergency programmes based on food-for-work or cash-for-work, the activities include rehabilitation and creation of roads, construction of bridges, snow removal of passes... To supervise these projects, MADERA recruits logisticians or project managers experienced in this type of action (management of large teams possibly spread over several sites, with distribution experience and the ability to live in isolated conditions). The duration of missions varies from 4 to 6 months.
